On March 19, in St Petersburg, Rabota-I, an employment center for orphanage graduates and young people with special needs, held the vacancies fair and named it "Professional Route". Its purpose was to help youngsters orientate themselves on the labor market: to choose an interesting profession and find out where and how to get necessary knowledge and support.

The event was supported by the Business Council for the Disabled, the St Petersburg Employment Center as well as by leading educational institutions of the city and big international and federal companies. Young people who came (and there were many!) had a chance to make an insight into different professions and jobs. They have also received valuable knowledge: how to write a CV, how to deal with employers, etc.

MELON FASHION GROUP, the major partner of Rabota-I, has also taken part in the event and arranged an interactive corner. A team of employees showed the full cycle of store operations ranging from installation of the anti-theft system to creating fashion looks on the shop floor. They also coached young people in writing a CV and behaving at an interview.
