Melon Fashion Group, one of the leading companies in Russian fashion retail, operating 4 brands: ZARINA, Befree, LOVE REPUBLIC and sela, has once more entered the list of 100 best employers of Russia among the biggest businesses, according to the version of hh.ru, a leading recruiting portal in the country. It took the 51st place among companies numbering more than 5 000 employees. A year earlier, the company was on the 63rd place. Simultaneously, the company occupied the 6th place among the biggest retail chains of Russia against the 10th place in 2021. Among fashion retailers, Melon Fashion Group won the first place.
The annual hh.ru rating is one of the most authoritative projects identifying the best employers of Russia. In 2022, the rating included 1 996 companies from different industries, and only 1 082 reached the final round. In the rating of biggest companies, where Melon Fashion Group found its place, there are 103 finalists. The rating was based on three main parameters: opinions of applicants, evaluation of the employees’ involvement level and the expert assessment of the HR departments’ efficiency.
