On October 25, Melon Fashion Group held a panel talk named “Employees with disability on quota positions: reality, expectations and forecasts”. The meeting was organized by Perspectiva, a public organization of invalids, Business council on disability issues and Rabota-i.

During the talk, experts from profile companies and business people have discussed not only legal aspects of providing job quotas for people with special needs, but also salary issues and incentives for the disabled.

Perspectiva shared results of the research on applicants with disability on the open labor market, they have identified main tendencies, expectations and fears of employers and job applicants.

There was also networking of ideas and methods of the utmost efficiency in circumstances of uncertainty.
