On June 15, at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Melon Fashion Group and Rabota-I took part in the panel discussion named “ Uniting efforts we broaden our possibilities”.
Jointly wit the Labour and Employment Committee of the St Petersburg government, Polina Bakshaeva, Personnel and organizational development director, and Ilja Smetanin, director of Rabota-I, have shared their experience in the launch and development of the assisted employment project with participants of the Forum.
Our ambassadorship and participation in big events make it possible to reach for wide audience so that more and more non-commercial entities and businesses could use the assisted employment model and thus enable much bigger number of young people get their first job experience.
