On May 25, the fifteenth award ceremony of the prestigious HeadHunter HR Brand Award was held in Moscow. In 2021, 113 projects were submitted for the competition, and 52 HR projects became finalists in 6 main and special categories.

Melon Fashion Group became the winner in Equal Opportunities special category with its project of accompanied employment, developed in partnership with Rabota-i center. Together, we help people with disabilities and graduates of orphanages and special needs schools get their first work experience, learn how to communicate with others, and subsequently enter the open labor market to gain independence and lead a full life.

Reducing inequality and creating a peaceful, inclusive society is one of Melon Fashion Group's sustainable development goals. The company became Rabota-i's first partner. The employment of the Center's candidates in retail stores and the company's headquarters produced positive results, after which the project was supported by more than two dozen other large companies.

We congratulate on the victory the HR team of Melon Fashion Group, store directors, and the young people's mentors who play an active role in the new employees’ adaptation. And, of course, this is the victory of Rabota-i employees, who provide support not only to their candidates, but also to the staff of Melon Fashion Group. We are proud of everyone!

We thank the HR Brand award jury and the partners of the Equal Opportunities special category, Perspektiva Regional Non-Governmental Organization for People with Disabilities, for their high opinion of the accompanied employment project. We also express our gratitude to the teams of Sber, Philip Moriss, Ernst & Young Russia, Globus, and MVS Group, who also participated in the special category. Together, we are changing the world for the better, and our consolidated efforts promote a culture of inclusivity in the modern world.
