On July 29, the main office of Melon Fashion Group hosted a meeting with 11 specialists from regional non-commercial entities interested in development of the assisted employment project in other cities of Russia. This meeting became a part of their traineeship within the framework of the Everything Will Work Out project.
The guests were taken on an exciting tour of the office followed by a presentation of Polina Bakshaeva, personnel and organization development director, where she shared the company’s experience, as the ambassador of the project, of building up the interaction system with Rabota-I. She has also shared success stories of tutors, employers and youngsters involved in the project.
We thank our colleagues for the visit, inspiration and interest in developing assisted employment. It will work out if we join our efforts!
