On October 16, in the head office of Melon Fashion Group there was a meeting with MВА students majoring in strategic marketing and management in the fashion industry of the Business School attached to the Moscow Institute of International Relations and of the British School of Design, there were also marketing bachelors from the Hartfordshire University in London.

Within the framework of their studies, the students make group visits to large Russian companies with the aim to understand how fashion business operates in Russia. In this way, they come to know the best business practices of brand architecture, retail development and revival of business in pandemic conditions. Melon Fashion Group became an interesting company for МВА programs.

The guests were taken to an exciting tour of the office followed by a meeting with top managers of the company. The CEO Mikhail Urzhumtsev opened the meeting with the online presentation of the company. Polina Bakshaeva, personnel and organization director, shared our first achievements of the strategic sustainability development, while brand directors revealed their secrets of unique positioning and marketing. At the end, our guests had time to ask their questions.
